- All Listener are manually verified by NAVYA before being made available on the platform

- Listeners must maintain respectful and professional behavior at all times
- Listeners are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact details or engaging with users outside the platform
USER ANONYMITY & PRIVACY

- Listeners cannot access personal user information such as phone number or identity details
- Any interaction occurs in a controlled and privacy-focused environment
- If a user voluntarily shares personal information, it is done at their own risk
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
